Need some help quit if possible

I have a 94 ford ranger on 20s.Im rebaggin and bodydroped my truck the last 45 days (been hell) so I can make it to greenville but the guy that was going to make I beams droped out and said no I have beltech 3inchdrop ibeams and I am about a inch from laying up front. Can someone tell me the best way and fastest way to get that inch or if somone got some for sale and I can get them quick if they aint to much money.
