Raised upper control arm 3 inches now have toe in problem (help!)

ok I raised my upper control arms 3 inches to correct the camber but now I have toe in bad when laid out I need to know if I flip the tie rod will this correct it and can I just take a unibit to the hole in the spindle to flip the tie rod?
