tradin trucks

ok,im lookin to trade trucks with this guy,we r goin to trade straight up but there is a problem.his truck is paid for and i still owe on mine.hes not gonna take over the payments.how do u work that,where we trade and i keep payin the payments on the truck that he now has?please help,i wanted to get this trade done just dont know how
