Setup for Traditional BD

I just finished my BD for my Bed on a 98 Kota, and my question is what is the best way to setup my truck to do a traditional BD for the cab? Should I put it on jackstands or leave it layd out on the ground? Should I take the cab off the frame...??? What do you think is the easiest and BEST way to tradionally BD the cab? Any suggestions or PICTURES would be awesome! Thanks alot in advance!
