95 to 98 Blazer gauge cluster

Can anyone tell me whether this is even possible? I have a 95 and the cluster has 32 wires the 98 has 24. The pinouts for the speedometer and fuel gauge are the most confusing. I know someone out there has probably done this swap or has found it can't be done.
