brake problem with my 95 accord

Heres my problem, my brake lights dont go on when I brake expept for the one on the rear window. I checked fuses and bulbs and everthing works fine. All my rear lights work perfect, they go on when I turn my lights on but when I brake then dont light up and my gauges have a red light saying (bake lamp) any suggestions?
