Running lights not working...

I had my running lights working and all about ready to drive the truck and then I put a license plate mount on the lip of my tailgate and now...my lights don't work. I found a blown 15A fuse, but nothing else. I don't know where to check for power really either. Is there somewhere that is not commonly checked that I may be over looking? Front lights work both low and high beam, tails work with blinker and brakes but they don't get power for running lights like you would use at night time.

okay well stock is a 15A fuse and it's poppin that. Why would it do that?

do you have a tag light hooked up to it

I got it figured out I think. So long as I get power to my tag light. I have to get a new bulb.
