"Conversion for s10" $$$$$$

Im looking at getting the envoy conversion for my 2000 s10. So i checked this place in North Carolina thats where im from and they have the kit for $1395.00 and then they have the set with the HID headlights and that kit is priced at $2995.00 doesnt that seem a little high. Am i just paying for the headlights. Anyone bought that kit just wondering what everyone else was paying for this kit.
