what is the biggest tire size that can fit under a stepside bed

i have a customer that wants a bd on a 95 ranger stepside and i was wondering if his 18s with a 40 series tire will fit under the step side bed. they are 225 40 18. 25.1 inches tall any info from you stepside guys that are bd would really be appreciated
