Will they fit.

i have a 95 thunderbird with a bolt pattern of 5 on 4.25.and a guy wants to sell me a set of niche 17" wheels with good tires but im not sure if they will fit so im looking for your guy's input.the wheels have a bolt pattern of 5x114.3.
