What kind of mount did you use for your body drop?

Exactly what the title says. I was just wondering what the best way was to make a mount. just make them solid or try to use a small piece of rubber in bewteen the mount and the body. I heard someone used camaro body mounts cause they're small but I wanted to get some other opinions. Thanks
