LEXAN

My mom wants me to build her this thing for her work. The original one it built out of a thick clear plasitic. They charge 600 dollars for this thing and it looks easy as shit to make. Just a few squares and triangle peices put together.

I was thinking I could make it out of lexan. What do you guys use for cutting this stuff, and how hard is it to work with.

If I can't find a good supply of lexan, what about plexi glass. How hard is it to cut? And what do you use?
