Are Acura CL and Accord parts interchangeable??

I have a 98 Acura 2.3 CL, I need some lowering springs, and I found some on clearance but they are for a 98 4cyl Accord. I heard the 2.3 is the same engine in both and that suspension parts can interchange, IS THAT RIGHT????????
