severe car problem please help...

i am having some serious probs with my 98 cavi. i can't figure out why it is overheating. the heater works, flow is good, fan works, and it is full of coolant. has anyone else had problems with their cavi like this? i need my car for work, so this is time sensitive. thanks everyone.
