Need some stuff for a 97 S-10

My buddy has a 97 S-10 with 87 Blazer grille and headlights and he wanted to know if there were clear headlights and where he could find them. And what do you guys think he should do next, Im trying to talk him into bagging it, but he doesnt have alot of money, we may bag just the front this winter, and as he gets money finish off the rear...what do you guys think?
