he ybucket seats in a 92 ranger?

i have a pair of acura integra seats that i got for free how do i go about putting them in my ranger cus i have a factory bech seat and thers only hole for the outside 2 bolts on each one so to i make 2 more bolt holes and weld a nut in then bolt them down
