Cigar lighter help

with my radar detector it seemed to lose power everyonce in awhile when i hit big bumps.. and got worst with every little nitch and crany in the road. I check the fuses and don't see a problem there..

i can't seem to figure out how to get it out to look behind it. I can feel unplug'd wires back there and no i get NO power in the cigar lighter... any help on how to get this out to get a good look behind. Thanx
