I NEED HELP FINDING A MINI PROJECT!!!

Yes, I know people are always looking for projects. But I really need your guys help finding one for sale, soon!!! All I have to spend is $2,000 no more. I live in Selma, California which is located in Central Cali, and I'm willing to travel. I just need to get my hands on something to build before I blow this money!!!
