Las Vegas Shops

I got a couple questions. I'm buying my little sisters 91 civic hatch with the dual point injection. I want to get the japanese b16 swap for it, but with all the wiring and stuff I want to have a shop do it. Does anyone know a good shop in Vegas that can do it?

My next question is, how is the smog test in Vegas. If I do an engine swap do I have to get it inspected, or do they just do a sniffer pipe? I know in Cali you have to go through a lot of B.S. but in Vegas do they just look under the hood to make sure all the smog stuff is there and then test the emissions?Thanks
