Wholy shit. what a crock of shit.
I just had the GENERAL MANAGER hang up on me, because she has terrible customer serivce.
I had order two wheels from them because of an offset issue. I am paying an extra $250 in shipping and handling just for these wheels.
I called today to double check that the order had been processed because i recieved an email saying their was a clerical mistake, and i had to RE-Fax over my info.
The general manager, Ana, got completely shitty with me on the phone.
She even said, and i do quote "your money doesn't matter to us."
I didn't even get angry with her previous to this.
then she says "do you want your wheels or not? i can just cancel your order".
i fucking hate that place.
No one ever order from there...
i just hope my fuckin wheels get here on time.
