not EXACTLY a "can you" question

well this doesn't really belong in photoshop but its as close as I could come lol.anyway, you know those concept drawings that Chip Foose does on Overhaulin? Does anyone know where I can get someone to do one of my car, or can someone here do one? my only requirement is that is lay rocker, other than that its up the mind of the artist...
