lincoln towncar layin bahdee( rear tires)

ok when fully dumped my rear gets pushed forward into my rear doors.. is there away to make my trailing arms higer or lower to fix this problem or will i have to cut them and make the slightly longer? if so which ones do i make longer? the uppers or lower.
