will one of you PS gurus help me out

i want someone to 2 tone the top half of my pt with a purple like on a ranger splash, and maybe have some kinda tribal flame breaking the 2 colors up maybe in a si blue color, thanks guys. not sure if you can do it with this pic but try it if you want to.
