Some Questions About Bagging The Rear of a S-10

I started bagging the rear my friends 98 S-10 tonight using a triangulated 3 link and I have a few questions. 1st off what do I need to do with this?

Next where is the best place to relocate these items?

Is there anything else that will need to be relocated, moved, trimmed, or cut? He's just using a small C-notch.
