22's on a 93 explorer

i jus bought a 93 explorer 4 door and i want to throw some 22's on it,it's only gonna be lowerd about 6 inch's for now so will their be any rubbage when i crank the wheel and should i be safe.Peace!

P.S tires will most likely be a 40 series tire.
