old drag racing movie.... help

I have asked every one, except you guys. There was a really old drag racing movie...and I mean old. it had a guy who was racing a dodge duster in the beginning and he flipped it and built a willys(in gray primer)...he stole a hemi out of a cop car... anyone can help me? its not two lane black top, and its not bullit. its an old movie, used to show it on tv around thanksgiving on like tbs at night. please help! the kid at the movie store has no idea what i'm talking about
