Slammed 4x4

Alright, well I own a Honda civic lowered and all that stuff, but anyhow I wanna get into the whole minitruckin kinda thing. I think some of the things ive seen on here are amazing well Im looking to get a chevy s10 or somthing and put a 350 in it etc... well i know of an s10 with a blown motor i can get but its a 4x4. Would that be any good to me if im doing a motor swap and stuff to anyway?
