Low milage 1981 Hilux find.

Just thought I'd share some pics of the new whip. 1981 Hilux 22R, 5 Speed, 99,000kms. Only minor surface rust. I new the truck from the neighbourhood, but it randomly came up for sale for a good deal, I almost lost it to another buyer, but I out bid him. The tailgate was taken off the truck the day it was purchased new and put away in storage. The truck had the custom camper made on day 1 so the box has never been wet, the seams are perfect! Going to keep it stock so I can put collector plates on it in a year or so when I have another vehicle together as a daily driver. It's going to be tough, because I would love to drop it and put the Supra sawblades on it. But I think I'll just sell them on the 87 when I sell it.

Man that is awesome, even the camper top! That would be cool to see this bagged with the camper top still on lol. That tail gate looks perfect.
