Fuse panel/clutch cylinder relocation?

I have an oldbody style S10 2.8 5spd manual w/17s and 205/40s that I'm cutting on ,dropping the body 3.5 (old method) It looks like my wheel will hit my fuse panel where it comes thru the firewall,and also the clutch cylinder that sticks thru the firewall will hit my upper control arm.Any help with these things will be appreciated.
