fully shaved full frame & stock floor BD (HELP)

i was thinking of maybe building a frame and doing a stock floor BD (probally 3 inch) on my 95 s10....this is probally a stupid ?..but how do u get everything to fit (cab, bed, motor) and line up when u build a frame?
