drag blocks in different colors?

I am learning that different metals throw off different color sparks, so my question is, do drag blocks come in anything else besides titanium? and to the draggers out there, do the hot sparks mess up your paint? it took me 7 months to get my truck halfway done, i dont wanna screw up my fresh paint yet
