billet steering wheel install and billet specialties dealers

My steering wheel will be shipped to me on monday so what do I gotta do to put it in? I know I am suppose to use a wheel puller tool and then what? What do I do about the airbag? Just cut some wires? This is for the 2001 dime BTW. Oh and who sells billet specialties stick shifts besides billet specialties and stylin concepts?
