ranger grilles & grille shells

I have a 2000 ranger and i was wondering if someone out their new 4 sure if i could put the newer 2003 grille shell,lamps,corners d grille on my 2000. I looked really close at the way the molding is on the front for the 2000 & 2003 and they both look exactly the same. Thanks
