draggin powerpoint

for my english class i have to do a project about what america means to me.... anyways i want to include a clip of trucks dragging onto my powerpoint presentation. My questions is does someone know how to take like a 30 second clip and put it into a format compatitble(sp?) with microsoft power point. sorry for the book but i need help. Thanx
