97 civic DX door panels? Gear oil in tranny?

Anyone partin out a 96-00 civic dx 2 door? Need door panels and a few other panels. Also does anyone know what to put in the tranny as fluid? A friend told me that you can put 80/90 weight gear oil in a manual tranny. But someone else said not to need advice.
