What's everyone's opinion of a night show?

We're throwing around ideas for the next AON show in Phx. Since it's so hot here, we were thinking of a night show in a well lit area. I thought it would create a pretty relaxed environment and people would enjoying hanging out a little more without heat exhaustion. What are your opinions of a show held in the evening? Pros and Cons...Thanks.
