2500 lb bags do they compress different

I originally had firestone 2500 bags with tube a-arms ..ect. and the truck layed frame in the front now i had to get new bags and the company didnt send me firestone (i just figured they would) and now the front of my truck sits about an inch from scrapin.......is that possible, do certain bags not compress as much as others

im thinking i need to either get new bags or cut my cups down bout an inch.....is that a safe enough guess????
