bagged on 205-75-15, notch cab for driveshaft or no?

Hey guys, i finished bagging my truck, with 8" notch & monoleaf on 4" blocks, it won't lay out on the stock tires because the driveshaft is hitting the bottom of the cab(not the back cab wall, i notched that farther, and the gas tank x-member is notched too), I'm wondering if I can just get up under there and beat a small place in it to give it enough room to clear the driveshaft or if i should cut a good section out of it and put some sheetmetal over it. Oh, this is a reg. cab 95 s-10.Thanks
