Suiciding the doors of a Grand Am, HELP!

I'm in auto body at school and I am thinking about suiciding the doors. I just wondered if someone could tell me anything about it, cuz I really don't know anything about suicide doors. Any help anyone could give me would be appreciated. I read the instructions on www.suicidedoors.com but I still don't really understand.
