what do you do when you cannot fucking stand your boss

so we just got this new boss at work, and the dude is a total fuckin prick. he moved all the people around on the shifts, fucked up our whole routine/ schedule, and i am fucking ready to wring this fuck's neck.

ever get really pissed at your boss and didn't quit? (i cant quit my job btw) i don't know how to even go about telling this guy what i think of him without getting in trouble. im just so fucking irate with this guy. if he caught on fire i wouldnt piss on him to put it out.
