saab's dies anybody know about them

i have a 87 saab 9000s, i am having a problem with it fouling out every plug that i put in it.. does anybody have a suggestion.. i put in a new set drive it after it sits awhile and i go back to start maybe a few hours it wont start. i pull the plugs out and they are black and wet..
