SNOW PLOW DRAG

I was on my way to work this morning and i was next to a city plow (it was snowing) i heard this sound i know all to well. The sound of metal dragging on the pavement!!!!!!!!! DEAD OF THE WINTER THIS SOUND WAS MUSIC TO MY EARS. i slowely got behind him and cracked my window and followed behind. Anyone fell me here???
