Can Anyone Photochop My Cutlass??

hey guys...ive seen alot of super good photoshop work goin down lately so just wonderin if anyone could help me out! i just want my cutlass slammed on some 5 spoke rims, maybe 20s and if you want/can, some flames of sum sort...thanx in advance
