cleaning headlight lenses

my boy has a sebring we jsut put sum super whites in....but the lenses are fading and look kinda nasty....is there a way 2 clean en up s there nice and clear? ive head your suppsoed 2 sand em down or sumthin...does anyone kno????? or is there anywhere that sells clear headlight lenses for sebrings?
