Is it hard to get state inspection with bags?

I was just wondering how many people who have airbags in there ride have trouble getting a state inspection sticker. I live in Virginia where laws are strict on custom rides. I don't have bags on my truck yet but I will by spring. I should be able to get a sticker from this dude but he has a lot of heat on him already. Just curious
