what trucks do 5x5 1/2 wheels fit on?

i'm not real great with lug patterns, but i think 5x5 1/2 is dodge ram 1500 fullsize and chevy astro vans. i'm not 100% sure.i had one guy hook me up with he thinks i'm right on the dodge but i was hoping for some more love so i can be sure.thanks
