for the people that has shaved their tailgate what did you use to relocate the handle

Hi Mitsmax90,
If I remember correctly, some people mounted the original latch on the backside (inside the bed) of their tailgate.You could also make it open with a cable or a electrical switch like a door opener.

if you take the panel off the back side of the gate youll see how it works. i just cut a little hole in the back and just stick my finger in there to release the lever.
