I cut out the bed side and used some sheetmetal to custom make new fender flares. The wheels are 9" wide and wouldn't tuck with the stock bedside.

Not sure I like the rear flares BUT it is different and what matters is that you like it. Looking good though and I wish to someday have a truck half as nice.

They are Helo wheels. I think they are called cyclone but they aren't made anymore.

I dig the rear flair/skirt setup, it's unique,
and it gives the truck a 'double-look' touch.
