Door sills question

For some reason I'm having a stupid moment...but door sills are the plastic or billet piece in the door jams that really isn't in the truck it's at the bottom on the opposite side of the weather stripping.

Or is it the piece that goes inside the cab?

Regardless I'm sure all of you know exactly what I'm talking about right now. Does anyone know where to get billet inside and outside sills for a Gen1 Ranger? I haven't look super hard or anything yet and I only found one place that has the outer ones I believe and that is stylinconcepts.com

If anyone knows of a place to get both...or better quality/ cheaper ones please let me know....thanks
