it took me about an hour and a half i used the tools specifeid in the tech artical and my wife is sewing up some seat covers to fit over and cover all the exposed metal and to make it look like the seats have been fully re-upolstered. but all in all it wasnt that hard and im very happy with the results

i have a question......my explorer came "front seatless"

anyways, if i get ranger seats and cut the middle frame piece off, could i put a passenger side foam on it?

just going over my options since i cant exactly afford a set of leather buckets right now to match the stock rear seats

u could jsut cut the middle seat part off the drives seat and tuck the cloth under the side like how every one does the 60/40 mod.
